Annual Report 2025
2025 was a year of growing challenges for workers’ rights, democracy and international solidarity. Yet, together with our partners, we continued to strengthen trade unions and advance decent work through the small but important steps that create lasting change.
Across the world, trade unions organised workers, strengthened social dialogue and improved occupational health and safety in sectors where exploitation and unsafe working conditions remain common. Together with global and national partners, we also advanced efforts to make workplaces free from violence and harassment, contributing to the growing global support for ILO Convention 190.
